Found at Content/SteamPartyMenu/Blueprints/Components/BPC_PlayerData.uasset.
In template it's added to BP_PlayerState Content/SteamPartyMenu/Blueprints/Core/BP_PlayerState.uasset.

Player Data Settings
This component handles local player save game data and steam cloud saved player game data.
- Component Type: This setting controls the behavior of the party manager. If set to Menu, it will initialize save game and it's data.
- Slot Name: Save game file name.
